Full Med Staffing LLC built the Full Rein app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Full Med Staffing and is intended for use as-is.

Our Privacy Policy informs visitors about the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone uses our Service. Personal Information is any information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, date of birth, mailing and email addresses, and phone number. We may also collect anonymous demographic information not unique to you, such as age and gender. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of Personal Information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible on Full Rein unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Purposes of Our Use of Data We Collect

• Creating a profile and saving selected job postings;
• Displaying job opportunities and potential candidates;
• Processing and fulfilling your requests and transactions, including registrations, subscriptions, purchases, and payments;
• Assisting you in submitting, requesting, processing or reviewing an application;
• Engaging in Analysis, research, measuring and reports to better understand how you use the services, so we can improve them, develop them, and remedy errors;
• Understanding and resolving any issues related to the app.

How We Share Data

This app uses third party services that also may collect information about you that is used to facilitate our Service; to provide the Service on our behalf; to perform Service-related services; or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third party services have access to your Personal Information and other information as described above in order perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. These third party services are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.

We share the information we collect with the following categories of third parties for the following reasons:

• Service providers that perform services on our behalf. Such service providers include background checks, billing and payment processing, data analysis and insight, technical support and customer service, data storage, security, fraud prevention, risk audits, and legal services;
• Employers, services and vendors. We will share your information with employers and services when you interact with them, at your request, and in accordance with your account settings. For example, if you click “Apply” for a job posting, we may share information you provide with the relevant employer. Moreover, we may share your information with vendors performing services on behalf of the employers: for instance, a background check provider, identify verification provider, or payroll provider.
• Third parties for legal purposes. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may access, retain and disclose the information we collect and maintain about you if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, retention, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, such as a court order, or a regulatory investigation; enforce our Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, including investigations of potential violations; responding to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; and/or protect the rights of Full Rein, its agents and affiliates, its users and/or the public. Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies and Online Analytics

We use a variety of online tracking and analytics tools (e.g., cookies, flash cookies, and pixel tags) to collect and analyze information as you use the services. We urge you to take adequate precautions to protect your personal data as well, including never sharing your Full Rein password with anyone.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event we discover or it is reported by you that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this information from our servers.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide by and be bound by that Policy.
